All doll bodies are sewing machine made by artist. Dolls dress and accessories are hand sewn and assembled by artist. Each doll takes between 4-8 hours to complete. All doll's ribbon is satin and their hair is genuine horse tail. The dolls come with a white metal doll stand. 8" x 10" acrylic frame encasement extra at $7.00 each doll. All dolls come with a certificate of authenticity from Lakota Doll Maker, Diane Tells His Name.

The WOMEN OF CALICO Series (one is shown below) are available now. All are made from "old style" patterned calico cloth and have horse hair for their hair. Women of Calico Dolls, with or without beading.

"She Shines in the Sun" is also available. Her dress is black denim and is accented with gold plated clippers at the bottom of her dress, brass pendant necklace and gold matte bead bracelet.

Gold Bead Womam is Diane's most popular doll and several are kept on hand. The doll can be mailed out 24 hours of payment.

Buffalo Shawl Woman is one of two dolls chosen for accession into the National Museum of the American Indian in washington, DC. She has a genuine buffalo hide as her shawl. Her hair is white horse tail and her dress is black micro-suede.

Sunset is made from soft leather, glass beads and has a silver plated cone with real feathers in her horse tail hair.

All Calico Women Dolls are made from "old style" patterned calico cloth and have horse hair for their hair. See Flickr slideshow for more examples. Women of Calico Dolls, with or without beading.

"She Shines in the Sun" has gold plated clippers at the bottom of her dress, with a brass pendant. Shines is also available with trade bead necklace and Kingman turquoise nugget. Made from black denim. Beads are glass.
